Alright, listen up, y’all. Wanna watch them Montana Grizzlies play football today? It ain’t hard, even for an old gal like me. I figured it out, so you can too. Let me tell ya how.
First off, them Grizzlies, they’re a big deal ’round here. Everybody and their brother wants to see ’em play. So, they got all sorts of ways for you to watch. Don’t you worry none.
Now, the easiest way, if you got the TV, is to just turn it on! Sometimes, them games are right there on ABC or Fox Montana. Yep, plain as day. They had a couple of games on there already, against Butler and Ferris State, I think. But not all the games are on TV, mind you. That Utah Tech game, that one wasn’t on TV. So you gotta have other ways.
These days, everything’s on that there internet thingy. My grandkids showed me. You can watch the games online, they call it “livestreaming.” Sounds fancy, but it ain’t so bad. There’s this thing called the Varsity Network App. My grandson put it on my phone, and wouldn’t you know it, I can listen to the games live, just like on the radio, but on my phone! And it’s free! Can you believe it? Free! That’s good for us old folks on a budget.
- Varsity Network App: Listen to the radio broadcast, live and free. That’s what I do mostly. Easy peasy.
- ABC/Fox Montana: Sometimes the games are on TV. Just gotta check the schedule.
- Online Streaming: This is where it gets tricky. You gotta find a website or app that’s showing the game. My grandkids know how to do this, maybe yours do too.
Now, figuring out which game is on where, that’s the tricky part. You gotta pay attention. Them newspapers, they sometimes print the schedule. Or you can go online. Just search for “Montana Grizzlies football schedule.” Even I can do that, just gotta type slow.
I heard tell there’s only a couple of weeks left in the regular season. Big Sky Conference, they call it. And them games are important! Montana and Montana State, both of ’em got big games coming up. Everyone’s all excited. You don’t wanna miss ’em!
And if you’re in Bozeman or Butte, well, I reckon you got even more ways to watch. They got local channels and stuff. I ain’t from around there, so I don’t know the details, but you can ask around. Somebody will know.
The main thing is, don’t give up! If one way don’t work, try another. There’s plenty of ways to watch them Grizzlies play. And it’s worth it, let me tell you. Them boys play hard, and it’s fun to watch. Gets your blood pumpin’ even at my age.
So there you have it. Not so hard, was it? Now go on and watch them Grizzlies. And cheer loud! They can hear ya, even through the TV. Or the radio. Or whatever you’re using. Just make some noise!
And one more thing, if you are still confused, ask your young people to help. My grand kids are always happy to show me. And they are usually pretty good at finding this stuff on their phones and computers. Just don’t forget to bring them some sweet tea and cookies as a thank you!
