So, I’m a huge Michigan State Spartans fan, right? And like any good fan, I gotta catch all the games. But figuring out where to watch them can be a real pain sometimes. I mean, there are so many channels and streaming things these days, it’s easy to get lost. So, I decided to do a little digging and find out the best ways to watch MSU football.
First Steps
First, I grabbed my phone and did a quick search. Turns out, the Big Ten Network is the main place to watch Spartans games on TV. That’s cool, I thought, I have that channel. But what if I wanted to stream the games? Well, I found out that something called Fubo has a free trial, and they carry the Big Ten Network. Sweet!

- Searched online for where to watch MSU football
- Discovered that Big Ten Network is a primary channel
- Learned about Fubo’s free trial for streaming
Exploring More Options
But I wasn’t done yet. I wanted to see what other options were out there. I stumbled upon something called DIRECTV STREAM, and their “Choice” package seemed pretty good. It has ESPN, Fox, the Big Ten Network, and even some regional sports networks like Bally. That’s a lot of sports! Then I looked into Sling TV and Vidgo. They have almost everything except for CBS and CBS Sports Network. But then I remembered, some CBS Sports games are on Paramount+, so that’s an option too.
- Investigated DIRECTV STREAM and its “Choice” package
- Checked out Sling TV and Vidgo for more streaming options
- Recalled that Paramount+ streams some CBS Sports games
Making the Decision
After all that research, I figured I had a few solid choices. For regular TV, I could stick with the Big Ten Network. For streaming, Fubo seemed like a good bet, especially with that free trial. And if I wanted to go all out, DIRECTV STREAM has a ton of channels. Plus, I could always use Paramount+ for those CBS games. I decided to give Fubo’s free trial a shot first. It worked out great! I got to watch all the Spartans games without any issues.
- Concluded that Big Ten Network, Fubo, and DIRECTV STREAM are viable options
- Opted to try Fubo’s free trial initially
- Successfully watched MSU games on Fubo
So yeah, that’s how I figured out where to watch MSU football. It took a bit of digging, but now I’m all set for game day. Go Green!
