Alright, guys, so I’ve been meaning to do this for a while, and today I finally dove in. I wanted to create a compilation of what I consider legendary boxing fights. It’s something I’m passionate about, and I figured, why not document the process?
Getting Started
First things first, I needed a place to start. No fancy software, just good ol’ Notepad. I figured I’d keep it simple and just list the fights I wanted to include, along with some notes. You know, the basics: fighters’ names, date, maybe a quick thought on why it was epic.

The Research (aka Memory Lane)
This was the fun part. I spent a good chunk of the day just going down memory lane. Reliving these classic bouts in my head. Of course, I had to pull up some YouTube clips. Can’t make a list of legendary fights without refreshing the memory, right?
The List Takes Shape
Okay, so after a few hours, I had a pretty solid list. It wasn’t just about knockouts, though those are awesome. I was looking for fights that were:
- Super intense: Like, edge-of-your-seat action.
- Skillful: Two masters of the craft going at it.
- Significant: Fights that had a big impact on the sport.
I jotted down everything, round and result. And adding some notes.
The Final Product (for now)
So, I’ve got my list. It’s not perfect, and I’m sure I’ll be adding to it, but it’s a start! It’s just a simple text file right now, but maybe I’ll turn it into something more… who knows! The important thing is, I finally got this project off the ground, and it felt good to just geek out on something I enjoy.
