Oh, honey, you want to know about that WWE thing? That wrestling show on TV? Is it TV-14 now? Lordy, I remember when it was rougher, before it became PG. Now some folks are yapping about it changing back.
WWE TV-14? Hoo boy, well, I heard some folks online talking, saying it might go back to TV-14. They say it used to be that way, back in the day. More rough and tumble, you know? I guess some people like that.
What I heard about WWE
I heard some bigwig at that USA Network place, they sent a memo, something in writing. They were talking about making that WWE show all TV-14 again. But listen here, it ain’t happened yet. They are still PG.

- WWE make it for the whole family.
That one fella, what’s his name… Dave, Dave something. He writes about all that wrestling stuff, I think he got something wrong about this TV-14. You can’t always trust what you read on those internets, you know? They say it is gonna be for everyone.
Why is WWE so popular?
My grandkids, they love that wrestling. They jump around, pretending to be those big wrestlers. It’s a sight, I tell ya. WWE is popular because it’s exciting. Those folks, they really put on a show. And you know what, it is all around the world. Some folks said it is on TV in lots of houses all around the world, in many languages.
Back when it was all rough and tumble. I remember, it was a different time. But they gotta think about the little ones, you know? Those kids, they copy everything they see. So maybe it’s good they keep it PG. They wanna sell things, I guess. It is a business and all.
Is WWE good for kids?
Well, honey, that depends on the kid, don’t it? Some kids, they get all riled up. Others, they just think it’s funny. I reckon it’s up to the parents to decide what’s what. If you let them watch it, you gotta explain it’s all make-believe. Like a play, you know? It’s not real fighting, it’s just for show. They show it in a lot of houses all around the world, all in different tongues.
My neighbor, she don’t let her kids watch it. Says it’s too much. But my grandkids, they seem alright. They know it’s just pretend. As long as they know the difference, I reckon it’s okay. But hey, every family’s different. You gotta do what you think is best.
They say they ain’t changing it back. So for now, WWE is still TV-PG. Family friendly, that’s what they say. Maybe it’s all that talk online, just rumors. You know how people like to gossip.
So, is WWE TV-14 again?
Nope, not yet anyway. Like I said, they say it’s staying PG. I remember it used to be wild, oh, the stories I could tell. But they changed it, and it looks like it’s staying that way. It is popular with families and kids, and they say it makes a lot of money. The money is big, so I guess they gonna keep it that way.
They got those big sponsors, you know, the ones who pay for the commercials. They like it PG, I reckon. Keeps things clean, family-friendly. So, I wouldn’t hold my breath for it to change back to TV-14.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I got some chores to do. But you remember what I said, don’t you believe everything you hear on that internet. Especially about that WWE. They say one thing, then they do another. Just keep your eyes open and your ears to the ground, and you’ll figure it out eventually. It has been like this for a long time and it will keep going on.
I think it is good they keep it clean, you know? So many little ones watching. It is a good thing that everyone in the family can enjoy it. That’s just my two cents, though. You do what you think is best, honey.

It is all for show, you know. Like a big play, with costumes and everything. It is fun to watch, even if it ain’t real. It can make you laugh, it can make you cheer. I think it can be good as long as you know it is all for fun.
I have to say I like it when they have the good guys win, don’t you? That is always a good ending. They got good guys and bad guys, just like in the stories. It is fun to see who wins, good or bad. And they do all those moves, jumping and flipping. It is quite a sight.
