Hey everyone, I gotta tell you about what I did today. I’m a huge baseball fan, and I really wanted to catch the Mississippi State Bulldogs game. So, I started poking around to find out when they were playing.
First, I opened my browser and typed in something like “Mississippi State baseball schedule.” I scrolled through a bunch of search results. I found some stuff about their past games, like how they won the College World Series in 2021. That’s pretty cool, but it didn’t tell me when they were playing today.

Then I saw a schedule for the 2025 season. There’s a game against Oklahoma State on March 2nd. But man, that’s way in the future. I needed to know about today’s game, right?
I kept digging and found some articles talking about their games against other teams like LSU and Texas A&M. I saw dates like Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and even specific times like 6 p.m. or 4 p.m. It was a mess of dates and times. Those are all great, but no help to me. I needed to focus!
I also found something about their Opening Day at Dudy Noble Field, which was a three-game series against Air Force starting on a Friday. And there was even something about a game against Tennessee in the SEC Tournament.
Finally, I found a game schedule, but still no clear time. It has game times listed, but I realized that they change all the time. They were like 7:30 p.m. ET on a Friday, 6:30 p.m. CT on a Thursday, and so on. I had to check the official source.
Finally, I did find the time for today’s game. It took some serious searching, but now I know when to tune in. Mission accomplished, I guess! Now, I’m off to watch some baseball!

- Key takeaway: Sometimes you gotta dig through a lot of info to find what you need.
- What I learned: Always double-check the date and time zone when looking up game times.
What I Would Do Differently Next Time:
I would directly find the official website or official social media account for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Hope this helps someone else out there trying to catch a game! Go sports!
