Alright, so I’m a huge Kansas Jayhawks football fan, and I always gotta know where to catch the game. Figuring out the TV situation can be a real pain, so I’ve gotten pretty good at tracking it down. Here’s how I usually go about finding what channel the KU football game is on:
Check the Season Schedule
First thing I do is, to find the official schedule online. The easiest way is to just search for “Kansas Jayhawks football schedule”. Usually, the schedule is published at the very beginning of the season.

- I checked it and found the game time.
- Usually, the broadcast info gets added closer to game day, like a week or even a few days before.
When the TV Channel is Updated
Once I knew when the game was, I kept checking back on the schedule every day or so. And bingo! They finally posted the TV channel.
Confirming with ESPN
Sometimes, I will look for confirmation. I might double-check on the ESPN website. I discovered that ESPN has the full schedule of the game and lists the channel.
It’s a load off my mind when I finally figure out the channel. Then it’s just a matter of settling in and (hopefully) watching the Jayhawks win!
