Alright, so I had this tennis elbow thing going on, and it was a real pain, literally. I figured I’d try taping it up, you know, like those athletes do. I wasn’t sure how to do it, but I gave it a shot.
First, I tried to get the hang of how to position my arm. I figured I needed to stretch out my elbow and bend my wrist down. That seemed to make sense. Then, I took this tape I had, and I stretched it a bit and put it on my forearm, going up towards my elbow. I rubbed it a little to make sure it stuck on there well.

Next, I grabbed another piece of tape. This time, I didn’t stretch it out. I just put the end of it on the outside of my elbow, which was bent a little. I pressed that down good, too.
More details about what I did
- Tried to figure out the arm position: Stretched elbow, bent wrist down.
- Applied the first tape: Stretched it a little, put it on forearm towards elbow, rubbed it to stick.
- Applied the second tape: Didn’t stretch, put the base on the outside of bent elbow, secured it.
Honestly, it wasn’t super complicated, but I was just winging it. After I was done, my elbow did feel a bit more supported.
I’ve also heard about this other thing called FAST. Apparently, they use ultrasound waves through a little cut in your skin to break up some stuff causing the pain. They say it’s quick and not too invasive. Sounds fancy, but I don’t know, maybe if this taping doesn’t work out, I’ll look into it.
But for now, this tape seems to be doing something. I guess we’ll see how it goes. If any of you have tried this before, let me know how it worked out for you.
