That Roman Reigns, he’s a big shot now, huh? WrestleMania this, SmackDown that. I heard some folks talkin’, sayin’ maybe he’s gonna take a break. Is Roman Reigns taking a break from WWE? Well, I don’t know nothin’ ’bout that for sure, but I got my thoughts.
Roman Reigns’ Schedule
He’s been at it for a good long while, that Roman. Wrestlin’ all over the place, beatin’ up them other fellas. He used to hold two of them belts at the same time, they said. The WWE Championship and that Universal one. Big stuff, I guess. He’s been doin’ it non-stop, like a chicken with its head cut off. You gotta wonder if he ain’t gettin’ tired.
They say he is in this thing called Bad Blood. October 5, somethin’ like that. In Atlanta. My nephew, he went to Atlanta once. Said it was real hot. Anyways, Roman is gonna be there, taggin’ along with that Cody Rhodes fella. They are going to wrestle together as a team. That’s what I heard.

So, October and November, he’s gonna be on that SmackDown show. Three times each, they say. That’s a lot of wrestlin’, even for a young fella like him. Roman Reigns and WWE, they go together like peas and carrots, but even peas and carrots need a little time apart sometimes, you know?
Will Roman Reigns Take a Break?
Now, some folks say he’s gonna take a big break after that WrestleMania thing. Heard one fella say it might be all the way till Summerslam. Summerslam, ain’t that in the summer? Seems like a long time to be gone from the wrestlin’.
Roman Reigns break, that’s the big question. I remember when old man Johnson’s cow, Bessie, she got tired of pullin’ that plow. Just laid down in the field one day and wouldn’t budge. Maybe Roman’s feelin’ a bit like Bessie. Needs to lay down in the field for a spell. Rest them bones.
WrestleMania and Roman Reigns
That WrestleMania, that’s a big deal, ain’t it? All them people watchin’, all that hollerin’ and carryin’ on. Must be somethin’ to see. I reckon if he had a match at WrestleMania, that might tire a man out. He might need some time off after somethin’ like that. It’s like when we had that big church social with the pie eatin’ contest. Old Mr. Henderson, he ate so much pie he had to sleep for three days. Maybe wrestling at WrestleMania is like that.
He’s been the bad guy for a while now, that Roman. They changed him up, made him mean. People seem to like it, though. They cheer for him, even when he’s bein’ bad. It’s all a bit confusin’ to me, but I guess that’s how it goes in the wrestlin’ world.
They say he was the head of somethin’. The Head of the Table, that’s what they called him. Sounds important. Maybe that’s a lot of pressure on a fella. Bein’ the head of the table, you gotta make sure everyone’s got enough to eat, I reckon. That’s a big job. Maybe he needs a break from that, too.
Roman Reigns’ Future in WWE
So, is Roman Reigns taking a break from WWE? Well, I don’t know for sure. He’s got that Bad Blood thing in October, and he’s gonna be on SmackDown. But after that? Who knows. Maybe he’ll take a break, maybe he won’t. Only Roman knows for sure. And maybe that Vince McMahon fella, he probably knows, too.
One thing’s for sure, though. Folks like watchin’ him. They like watchin’ him wrestle, even if he is a bit of a bad guy. He’s a big star. It’s like that old sayin’, “If you got it, flaunt it.” And Roman, he’s got it. Whatever “it” is.
I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what he does. Maybe he’ll surprise us all. He might just keep on wrestlin’ till he’s old and gray, like that one fella, what’s his name? The one with the long hair. Anyway, it don’t matter. Roman will do what Roman wants to do. And we’ll all be watchin’, that’s for sure.
