Alright, so you wanna know about watchin’ them football games on that Dish thingy, huh? Well, lemme tell ya, it ain’t as hard as milkin’ a cow, but it ain’t exactly like pickin’ apples neither. You gotta know where to look, ya hear?
First off, that NFL Network, that’s where them football fellas talk and talk, and sometimes they show old games. That’s on channel 154 on your Dish. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

Now, the real games, the ones that matter, them Sunday night ones? Well, you gotta find NBC for that. Now, where that NBC is on your Dish, that’s a whole ‘nother story. It could be anywhere from channel 2 to 70. Yeah, I know, sounds crazy, right? But that’s how they do it. You gotta fiddle around with them buttons till you find it. Or, you know, ask one of them young’uns. They seem to know everything about them fancy contraptions.
And then there’s them Thursday, Sunday afternoon, and Monday night games, and don’t forget the playoffs and the Super Bowl! Dish says they got ’em all. More than a hundred games they say, without payin’ extra. Sounds like a good deal to me, but then again, I ain’t never been one for spendin’ money on things I don’t need. A good cup of coffee and a warm quilt, that’s all this old lady needs.
Oh, and there’s this thing called Peacock too. They got them Sunday night games too, and some movies and shows, whatever that means. You gotta get that on your phone or computer, I think. I ain’t too sure about that newfangled stuff.
And if you really wanna see all the touchdowns, they say there’s somethin’ called NFL RedZone. That shows all the good parts of all the games at once. Lots of providers have that, even that Dish thing you got. But I reckon that’s extra, so you better have deep pockets for that one.
- So, to recap:
- NFL Network is on channel 154.
- NBC, where them Sunday night games are, is somewhere between channel 2 and 70.
- Dish says they got all the other games too.
- Peacock is on your phone or computer, if you got one of them things.
- And NFL RedZone is for seein’ all the touchdowns, but it might cost ya extra.
Now, don’t go blamin’ me if you can’t find it. I told you everything I know. It ain’t my fault them city folk make things so complicated. Back in my day, watchin’ football just meant goin’ to the field and watchin’ the boys play. But I guess times change, huh? Just keep clickin’ them buttons, you’ll find it eventually. And if you don’t, well, there’s always the radio. They still talk about football on the radio, don’t they?

And one more thing, they got this NFL+ thing, that’s for watchin’ on your phone or somethin’. It’s like the internet, I guess. But like I said, I ain’t too good with that newfangled stuff. You young folks figure it out.
Anyways, good luck findin’ your football game. Hope your team wins, unless they’re playin’ against my team, then I hope they lose! Just kiddin’…mostly.
