Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into the WWE 2K24 DLC release schedule lately, and let me tell you, it’s a bit of a wild ride. I wanted to know when all these new wrestlers and features were dropping, and I figured I wasn’t the only one, so here’s the lowdown on what I found.
First off, I started by scouring the internet for any info on the release times. I found out that most of the DLC packs for WWE 2K24 are supposed to drop at 10 AM PT/1 PM ET/6 PM BST.

Then I noticed some of the dates that were floating around. For example, the Global Superstars Pack, which includes Jade Cargill, was scheduled for September 18th. And the WCW Pack? That one’s coming a bit later, on November 13th. These dates lined up with the release times I found earlier.
But here’s where it gets a bit interesting. I saw some folks in forums saying that if you’re on PlayStation, you might have to manually add the DLC from the home screen. Apparently, it doesn’t always download automatically. So I hopped onto my PS5, selected 2K24, and sure enough, there was an option to “purchase” or “download” the DLC. That’s a good tip to keep in mind.
The Full Game Itself?
- Well, for those who snagged the Deluxe or Forty Years of WrestleMania Editions, they got to jump in early, on March 5th.
- The rest of us with the Standard Edition had to wait until March 8th. Both versions launched at midnight in each region.
I also stumbled upon some details about the WCW Pack. It’s priced at £8.99 if you buy it separately, or you can get it as part of the Season Pass. This pack features some pretty iconic wrestlers like Diamond Dallas Page and Mr. Perfect. I’m pretty stoked to try them out and see how they stack up against the current roster.
All in all, it seems like 2K has been pretty consistent with their DLC release times. It was fun investigating all this. And now I’m even more excited to get my hands on all this new content.
Hope this helps some of you out there who were also scratching your heads about the WWE 2K24 DLC schedule!
