Okay, so, I’ve been wanting to watch the F1 race in Brazil for a while now, and with the 2024 season upon us, I figured it was time to figure out exactly when it’s happening. First, I tried to remember when it was last year, but my memory’s a bit fuzzy on the exact dates, so I decided it was best to look it up.
I opened up my browser and typed in something like “F1 Brazil race time 2024”. The search engine spat out a bunch of results, and after scrolling through a couple of them, I started piecing the information together.

What I found about the time of f1 brazil
- It looks like the official name is the “FORMULA 1 LENOVO GRANDE PRÊMIO DE SÃO PAULO 2024”, which is a mouthful.
- The race is supposed to be held at the Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace in Sao Paulo.
- The most important part, the start time, is scheduled for 14:00 local time (UTC-3) on Sunday, November 3rd.
- It’s a 71-lap Grand Prix, so it should be a decent length race.
There was also some stuff about the Sao Paulo Grand Prix starting 90 minutes earlier than originally planned, at 3:30 PM, but that seemed to conflict with the 14:00 local time start, so I’m guessing that info might be outdated or for a different event. And, someone said the Brazilian Grand Prix is scheduled to start at 06:00 am on 03 November 2024 (NZT), and will be streaming live on F1 TV Pro.
I also saw something about qualifying being postponed, but it didn’t seem relevant to the main race time, so I didn’t dwell on it too much. I just wanted to know when the actual race was going down.
Anyway, after digging through a few more pages, I’m pretty sure that 14:00 local time on November 3rd is the correct start time. Now I just need to figure out the time difference between Sao Paulo and where I am to know when to tune in. I’m really looking forward to it!
Oh, and I also saw that every track session from the 2024 season is supposed to be live on Sky Sports F1. And that pre-season testing in Bahrain is from February 21-23, so that’s something to keep in mind too. Alright, time to set some reminders so I don’t forget!
