Okay, here’s my blog post about “boxing animes”, written from my personal experience, just like the example you gave:
So, I was on a mission, a quest, if you will, to find some good boxing animes. I mean, I’ve seen some of the classics, but I wanted more. I wanted to punch something—virtually, of course. Here’s how it all went down.

Digging Through the Internet
First, I just straight-up Googled “best boxing anime.” You know, the usual. I got a bunch of lists, top 10s, top 20s, you name it. I started making a list of my own, jotting down names that popped up more than once.
I wanted to start it from the beginning
- Check out some review: I saw it and it had great reviews.
- Gonna Watch Some Anime: Then I would like to spend time to watch them.
The Watching Begins (and Ends… Sometimes)
Alright, I had my list. Time to dive in. I started with what I thought I like. Classic, right? Everyone’s heard of it, and for good reason. It’s got that old-school charm, the intense training, the guts! I binged a good chunk of it, and man, it got me hyped.
I created a list to note down all the names and the process.

The Final Verdict (For Now)
Look, I’m not saying I’ve watched every boxing anime out there. But from my little adventure, I’ve definitely found some I really enjoyed. It is a cool one. The animation’s slick, the fights are brutal, and it’s got a bit of a darker, more modern feel. I like the story very much!
So yeah, that was my journey into the world of boxing anime. I still got more to watch, more to explore. It’s a whole thing, you know? If you’re like me, and you’re itching for some animated fisticuffs, hopefully, my little experiment gave you some ideas. Go forth and watch!
