Well, let me tell you, this F1 23 racing, it ain’t like driving a tractor in the field. It’s fast, it’s furious, and you gotta be quicker than a greased piglet to win. I seen them young’uns playing it, and it looks mighty complicated. But I reckon I can give you some tips on how to race in F1 23, even if I ain’t never touched it myself.
First thing’s first, you gotta know your track. Ain’t no use trying to go fast if you don’t know where you’re going. Every track is different, like how every cow has its own spots. They got these things called corners, some sharp, some not so sharp. You gotta learn ’em all. Just like knowin’ the field, some is hard land and some is soft.

They say you gotta “use all the track”. I reckon that means don’t be shy about going wide on them corners. Just like when you’re plowing a field, you gotta go right up to the edge to get every last bit. But don’t go too far, or you’ll end up in the dirt, and that ain’t gonna help nobody.
Now, this braking thing is important. You can’t just go full speed all the time. You gotta slow down for them corners, or you’ll go flying off like a chicken with its head cut off. They say you gotta brake before the corner, not in it. Makes sense, I guess. You wouldn’t try to stop your tractor in a ditch, would you? When you find the good brake points, just like hit the nail. You will get better and better.
And another thing, these F1 23 cars, they’re fancy. They got all sorts of buttons and gizmos. I don’t know what half of them do, but I reckon you gotta learn them if you wanna be any good. That’s what them young’uns say, anyway. They talk about “setups” and “strategies” and all sorts of things. I say, if you are new to play F1 23, patience is the most important thing.
Here’s a few more things I heard them talking about:
- Practice makes perfect. Ain’t that the truth for everything? The more you do it, the better you’ll get. Just like milking a cow, it takes a bit of practice to get the hang of it.
- Don’t be afraid to ask for help. There’s plenty of folks out there who know more about this F1 23 stuff than you do. Don’t be shy about asking them for advice.
- Have fun! That’s the most important thing, ain’t it? If you ain’t enjoying yourself, then what’s the point? You should have confidence for it. It is not that hard, you know.
They say becoming faster through corners in F1 23 can gain you a lot of lap time. I think it is true. That young boy in my neighbor’s house always said that. So you should spend more time on that.

They also say to enhance your control skills. I do not know what that mean, but I think you need to control your car. Do not let it drive you. You drive it. When you drive a tractor, you also need to control it very well, right?
And, you see, they have some place called Baku. I do not know where it is. But they have some setup guide for that. They said it is for wet and dry. Just like farming, you need to work no matter it is wet or dry.
I heard them talking about something called “time trial”. They said it is good for practice. You just drive around the track as fast as you can. They said don’t worry about your time at first, just focus on driving smooth. Sounds like good advice to me. Do not drive too fast. If you drive too fast, you can not hit the apex. What is apex? I do not know. But they always talk about it. Maybe you can search it on the internet.
They got this thing called a “ghost” too. They said to turn it off because it’s distracting. I don’t know what a ghost is doing in a racing game, but I reckon they’re right. Ghosts are spooky, and you don’t need that when you’re trying to race. So just turn off the ghost. And you should not be afraid of it.
So there you have it. My advice on how to race in F1 23. It ain’t much, but it’s the best I can do. Just remember to be patient, practice hard, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. And most importantly, have fun! Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go feed the chickens. Those chickens need to be fed every day. Just like you need to practice every day. Then you will be a good racer!
